We’ve been the firm called in mid-execution when a project is over budget, behind schedule, or has lost alignment between scope and delivery. The work is uncomfortable, the constraints are real, and the timeline for getting it back on track is usually shorter than anyone wants. Our recovery engineering approach starts with an honest assessment — not a sales pitch, but a technical evaluation of what’s actually happening on the project, why the original plan stopped working, and what’s recoverable from where things stand now. From there we develop a realistic recovery plan that addresses scope, schedule, cost, and the team and process issues that often underlie execution failures. We can lead the recovery, embed engineering and project management resources in the existing team, or provide the senior judgment and oversight that gets a struggling project past its inflection point.
